How frozen food ships.

Orders are packed in insulated EPS liners with dry ice (calculated by transit distance) and handed to a national carrier. Most boxes arrive in 3–4 transit days after the carrier receives them.

How freeze-dried products ship.

Freeze-dried food and treats ship by standard ground, with no dry ice required. Shipping is free for every available size.

What you'll see with frozen deliveries.

  • Tracking number emailed the moment we hand the box to the carrier
  • Box arrives cold and safe on arrival — or we make it right
  • No signature required (we know you have a job)
  • Dry ice fully sublimates by arrival; box is safe to handle bare-handed

Arrival & frozen condition.

Because this is real, fresh food — not shelf-stable kibble — heat, distance, and carrier delays can affect how frozen your order is on arrival, especially in the warmer summer months. A partially thawed box is normal. If your order arrives cool to the touch, soft at the edges, or with some natural liquid (blood) seepage, that is expected and does not mean the food is unsafe. As long as it is still cold on arrival, it is safe to refreeze or feed. Natural thawing in transit does not reduce the nutritional value or quality of the food.

Contact us right away if the package arrives warm to the touch, the product is fully thawed and no longer cold, or the shipment is significantly delayed or arrives damaged. As long as proper temperatures have been maintained and the food is still cold, it remains safe for your dog.

What to do when it arrives.

Open the box, transfer the bags directly to your freezer. The next day or two, pull bags down to the fridge as needed. Once thawed in the fridge, raw is good for 3 days. Refreezing thawed raw is fine but reduces texture quality.

Where we ship.

Continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally. Cold-chain logistics for frozen raw across long-haul air is unreliable, so we'd rather decline than risk spoilage.

Warm, fully thawed, or damaged?

If your box arrives warm to the touch, fully thawed and no longer cold, or physically damaged, email Support@revivalrawdogfood.live within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the carrier label and the contents. We replace the box at no charge — that's our freshness guarantee. (A partially thawed but still-cold box is normal and safe — see above.)

ShipStation tracking.

Our fulfillment runs on ShipStation, which means every order syncs in real-time with the tracking system the moment a label prints. The tracking link in your confirmation email pulls from the carrier directly, not from a third-party caching layer.
